What is film faced plywood?

Film faced plywood is a more popular process in the market in recent years, which is divided into pearl film and matte film. The characteristic of the film faced plywood is that it can be kept for decades without fading, no change in color, many colors, good senses, not easy to stain and easy to take care of.

The production process is a composite of imported PVC film and overcoated color paint. The laminated board has bright luster, and has a wide variety of colors to choose from. It is waterproof and fireproof, and has excellent durability (weather resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance) And anti-fouling ability, superior anti-ultraviolet performance. Compared with other processes, the laminating process has a good hand feel and optional colorful surface design, which changes the cold and single surface feeling of the metal plate.

The specific film coating steps are simple: use the chemical properties of the film to differentiate the film into a glue-like substance under a high temperature situation, and then uniformly roll it on a flat aluminum plate by a machine tool, and then condense in a low temperature box to make The film and the board cannot be peeled apart.
